Roger Lee Shriver, 48, of Clarksburg, WV, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 6, 2020. He was born in Wheeling on December 8, 1971, a son of the late Denzel and Lucille Shriver.

In addition to his parents Roger was preceded in death by an infant brother, Ronald L. Shriver and his mother and father-in-law, Max and JoAnn Cutright.
Roger is survived by his wife of 30 years, Deborah Kay (Cutright) Shriver; two sons: Ronald Shriver and wife Amanda of Wallace and Jacob Shriver and companion Krystin Baldridge of Grafton; one daughter, Sabrina Shriver at home; seven grandchildren: Collin, Parker, Greyson, Karsyn, Gage, Caine, and Emma; close friends Doug and Barb Scritchfield; brother-in-law, Gene Lantz; sister-in-law, Leoda Summers; and aunt and uncle Deb and Buck Booth.
Roger was previously employed at the zinc plant in Hepzibah and had received his heavy equipment operators certificate in 2017. He enjoyed spending time with his family, driving in mud bogs, working on old vehicles, and cooking.
