Naomi Callis “Saam” Eagle, 75, of Nutter Fort, WV, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at the United Hospital Center in Bridgeport. She was born at Watertown, NY on November 12, 1943, a daughter of the late Thomas and Naomi (Smith) Callis.

Naomi is survived by her three children: William “Bill” Eagle (Kacey) of Morgantown, Whitney Eagle of Nutter Fort, and Lesley Eagle of Nutter Fort; one sister, Sharron Callis of Lost Creek; four grandchildren: Zachary Eagle (Alli) of Clarksburg, Dareth Murphy of Bridgeport, Isabelle Eagle of Nutter Fort, and Chase Eagle of SC; one great-granddaughter, Ella Jade Eagle; as well as several cousins.
Naomi graduated from Fairmont State with a degree in Psychology and then received her Masters in Business from West Virginia University. She retired from Dominion after 34 years as a CPA/Analyst. Naomi was an amazing artist that loved painting and sculpting and also enjoyed reading. She was passionate about supporting many causes including the Humane Society and Cancer Society. She was an avid supporter of WVU and held season tickets for many years. Naomi also loved all animals and was truly a child of God, devout in her faith. Her grandchildren brought her great joy and was her greatest love.
