Raymond Lee “Butch” Shingleton, 62, of Enterprise, WV, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at the Tygart Center in Fairmont. He was born in Detroit, MI on May 11, 1957, a son of Wanda L. (Fink) Shingleton of Enterprise and the late Delbert Lee Shingleton.

In addition to his mother Raymond is survived by six children: Christopher Cochran (Amanda) of OH, Joann Cochran of Enterprise, Amanda Cochran of Enterprise, Jeremy Cochran (Kayla) of Enterprise, Tina Freeman Looman of Shinnston, and Stephanie Harman-Storms or Morgantown; sister, Elizabeth Cottrill of Enterprise; brother, Joey Shingleton of Enterprise; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and three nieces: Britney Atkinson (Jamie) of Nutter Fort, Valerie Shingleton of Enterprise, and Vanessa Shingleton of Shinnston.
Butch, as he was known to most, was Presbyterian by faith and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He had previously worked in the Franklin area at a shoe factory and then later at a fish hatchery. Butch loved his children and family.
