Donald V. “Don” Van Scoy, 62, of White Hall, WV, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Steubenville, OH on April 3, 1956, a son of the late Leonard and Rose Marie (Kyle) Van Scoy.

Don is survived by two children: Derek Van Scoy of Parkersburg and Casey Van Scoy of Parkersburg’ three step-children: Amber Benincosa and husband Jonathan of NC, Josh Watson of Fairmont who was a wonderful caregiver during his illness, and T.J. Watson of Charleston; three siblings: his twin brother Ronald J.
