Mrs. Virginia “Ginia” Robbins Beall, age 86, of 251 Linville Drive, Matthews,
NC, formerly of Clarksburg, WV, died at 7:30 A.M. Friday, April 15, 2005 at the
Community Memorial Health Center in South Hill, VA, following a brief illness.
She was born in Hedgesville, WV, November 3, 1918 the only child of Moses Allen
Robbins and Edith Ward Robbins.
Her husband, Francis Brooke Beall, whom she married April 10, 1939, preceded
her in death May 18, 1985.
Surviving are, two sons and daughters-in-law, Francis Brooke Beall II and Judy
Beall, Bracey, VA and M. L. & Linda Beall, Matthews, NC, a daughter, Virginia
Robbins Beall, Arlington, VA, nine grandchildren, Tracey Beall, Bly Windstrom,
Tracey Beall Tompac, Chad Beall, Anne Beall Preston, Elizabeth Beall Roberts,
Dr. Colin Findlay, Kathe Morrison, and Tamara Abel, and 18 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Beall was a graduate of Hedgesville High School. She was a member of
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Stonewood, WV. She was
a past member of the Clarksburg League for Service, the Goff Plaza Garden Club
and a homemaker.
Friends may call at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, 329 East Main Street,
Clarksburg from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 P.M. on Sunday, April 17, 2005. A Mass of
Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church
on Monday, April 18, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. with the Reverend Father John Ledford
as Celebrant. A Biblical Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home at
3:00 P.M. on Sunday. Interment will be in Bridgeport Cemetery.
