She was born in Spelter, WV on July 17, 1923, a daughter of the late Mauro Perez and Maria (Alonso) Perez. Her husband, Julie Alonso, preceded her in death in 1992. Surviving are a sister, Amor Mazza, Clarksburg, a niece, Charlotte Caputo and her husband, Mike, two nephews, Bobby Lee Mazza and his wife Michele, John Mazza and his wife Kelly, several great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Julie Robert Alonso. Mrs. Alonso was a Homemaker. There is no visitation and a private interment will be in the Shinnston Masonic Cemetery with the Reverend Father Benedict Kapa presiding. (Top)
