Beatrice W. (Jenkins) Davis, age 65, of East View, Clarksburg, WV, passed away at her residence on May 29, 2010. She was born in Preston Co., WV May 24, 1945, a daughter to the late Rev. Frank Jenkins and Beatrice W. (Carrico) Jenkins.
In addition to her parents, She was preceded by her husband of 40 years, Darwin Davis, Sr., and four brothers, Joe, Otto, John and Lewis Jenkins.
Beatrice is survived by, three sons; “Little” Tommy Davis and Carol, of Bear Creek, PA, Darwin Edison Davis, Jr. and Barb, of Clarksburg and Johnny Randall Davis, of Clarksburg; one sister, Mary I. Krizan, of Mansfield, OH and one brother, James T. Jenkins and Joann, of Colton, OR, Eight grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Beatrice was employed with United Hospital Center with thirty plus years of service as a supervisor of Central Services and was a CRCST Tech.
She was a member of The Upper Room Church in Adamston. She loved to crochet and taking long scenic drives.
Friends may call at Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, 329 East Main St., Clarksburg from 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Frank Shreve presiding. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Quiet Dell.
